Developing and Managing Organization's Budget and Monitor Performance against Budget Targets through Variance Analysis.
Developing and Implementing Financial Plans, Budgets and Forecasting to Support the Organization's Strategic Goals.
Analyzing Financial Performance and Providing Insights to Support Decision-Making.
Preparing and Analyzing Financial Statements, Financial Reports, and Presentations to Stakeholders including Management Boards of Directors and External Parties.
Overseeing the Organization's Cash Flow and Liquidity including Managing Bank Relationships and Negotiating Loan Agreements.
Evaluating and Improving Organization's Finance Management Systems and Processes including Financial Software and Analysis Tools.
Identifying and Evaluating Financial Risks and Implementing Strategies to Mitigate or Manage Those Risks.
Ensuring Good Compliance with Financial Regulations and Laws including Tax and Banking Regulations.
Leading, Motivating and Managing Finance Professionals Teams including Financial Analysts and Accountants.
Business Partnering with Other Departments such as Sales Marketing and Operations to Understand Their Financial Needs and Provide Financial Insights and Guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
Willing to be Placed in Batam. (PT Apollo Solar Indonesia)
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
Minimum 5 Years Experience as Finance & Accounting Manager in any Financial Role.
Familiar with Accounting System such as ERP etc.
Outstanding Short and Long Term Budgeting Knowledge.
In-depth Knowledge of Taxation, Tax Regulations and Industry Legislation.
In-depth Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Analysis and Strategy.
Outstanding Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Excellent Teamwork Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
