Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily financial administration and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Process bank transactions, including giro and check deposits
  • Manage reimbursement processes and verify supporting documents
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and tax invoices
  • Maintain and monitor petty cash usage
  • Assist in dealer registration and related administrative documentation
  • Calculate commissions and ensure accuracy based on company policy
  • Support attendance tracking and payroll preparation
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing system
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/admin (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
