Finance Accounting Manager

PT Healthy Horizons Trading (HHT) is an emerging consumer health and wellness company importing premium Japanese health products to Indonesia. We are launching our flagship portfolio through both modern trade (MT) and e-commerce channels.

Backed by experienced leadership from Unilever, Tempo Scan and Shopee etc., we are building a lean, high-performance team to capture the growing health & wellness market in Indonesia.

Role Description

As Finance Manager, you will serve as both financial controller and strategic business partner to the CEO and Commercial Head. You will own end-to-end financial operationsfrom daily cash management to annual budgetswhile providing commercial insights that drive profitable growth across our offline (distributor) and online (e-commerce) channels.

This is not a pure accounting role. You will be deeply embedded in commercial decision-making, tracking promotion ROI, validating pricing strategies, managing multi-party financial relationships (distributor, vendors, importation), and ensuring every rupiah spent generates measurable return.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive finance experience
• FMCG/consumer goods background ESSENTIAL must have hands-on experience with:
• Distributor financial management (receivables, trade terms, reconciliation)
• Trade spend and promotional ROI analysis
• Working capital dynamics in product distribution
• Multi-channel operations (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce)
• Primary vs. secondary sales tracking
• Sales finance or FP&A experience REQUIRED beyond bookkeeping:
• SKU/product-level P&L analysis and profitability management
• Pricing and promotional effectiveness evaluation
• Commercial partnership with sales/marketing teams
• Data-driven business recommendations
• English: Business proficient in written and spoken

• Base Salary: IDR 18-28 million per month (gross), commensurate with experience and competencies
