Finance Accounting Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Finance Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Accounting Manager will ensure the accurate execution of financial operations and contribute to the company's financial strategy by delivering actionable insights based on analytical assessments.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance knowledge and Budgeting experience
• Advanced Analytical Skills for decision-making and process improvement
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles
• Familiarity with relevant accounting software and tools
