Finance Accounting Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, including at least 2 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Experience managing finances for organizations with 300400 employees or multi-project operations.
• Proven experience managing business targets of up to approximately IDR 219 billion, including budgeting and project cash flow.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and oversee all financial activities at both strategic and operational levels.
• Prepare annual budgets, cash flow projections, and monitor cost and revenue realization.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage cash flow, operational payments, cost control, and financial efficiency across projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and applicable financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support management and business decisions.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure strong performance and accountability.
