Company Overview
Our client is a well-established and fast-growing beverage company with a strong footprint across Thailand and Singapore. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company continues to expand its regional presence and strengthen its market leadership across Southeast Asia.
As part of its strategic growth plan, the company is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager/Senior Manager to lead financial operations, enhance governance standards, and support business expansion at the regional level.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings.
- Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities and regional business units.
- Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and liquidity to support business continuity and growth.
Internal Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
- Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks, financial governance, and risk management practices.
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and listed-company regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.
Strategic Business Partnering
- Provide financial insights and commercial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and cost optimization initiatives.
Leadership & Process Improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to build high-performance capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancement to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
- Prior experience in multinational corporations or publicly listed companies is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to regional finance operations across Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and leadership capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
