Lead and oversee the company's overall finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and cash flow management functions to support sustainable business growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and strong financial governance.
Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health.
Oversee the company's manual finance & accounting system while ensuring data accuracy.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Proactively suggest and lead the implementation of automation tools to streamline finance operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective team management.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a combination of experience in Big Four/Public Accounting Firms and corporate/startup environments.
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, managing end-to-end finance operations and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury management, accounting standards, taxation, internal controls, and risk management.
Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements, finance transformation, and automation initiatives.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in financial automation tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Willing to work Hybrid Arrangement (WFO at Segari's Head office (Cirendeu, Tangerang)).
