Finance & Accounting Associate (Bookkeeping & Reporting)

What Youll Do

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger & chart of accounts
• Lead the month-end close (D+5): Trial Balance P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways (Midtrans, Xendit, OVO, GoPay, DANA)
• Manage taxes: PPN 11% (output/input), e-Faktur, and withholding (PPh 21/23)
• Oversee AR/AP, payment runs, vendor documentation, and contracts
• Maintain the fixed asset register & depreciation schedule
• Support external audits, prepare checklists, and improve finance processes
• Build light automations and templates (Excel/Power Query) to streamline workflows

What Youll Bring

• 24 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with strong PSAK/IFRS fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience with accounting tools (Xero, Jurnal, Accurate, or QuickBooks)
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway reconciliations and tax compliance
• Strong attention to detail, reliable execution, and clear documentation habits
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
