Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the acquisition of new business customers by going out into the field and meeting with owners of cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other food service outlets. Youll be responsible for promoting Ceria Juizes products, building relationships, and closing deals in person, ensuring our high-quality juices are offered in as many businesses as possible. You will be the face of Ceria Juize on the ground, directly engaging with potential clients to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients (cafes, restaurants, hotels, food service businesses) in person to promote Ceria products and explain the benefits.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners/ managers, including building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demo, tastings, and presentations to show how Ceria products benefit their menu and customer offerings.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with new customers, ensuring that orders are placed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping outlets with product orders, follow-ups, and operational questions they may have.
- Actively work toward meeting monthly goals of at least 5 new outlets, with an ideal target of 15-20 new stores per month.
- Track sales activity, report daily progress, and provide updates on new leads, closed sales, and market feedback.
- Gather feedback from customers about our products and market trends to help improve Ceria Juizes offerings and business strategies.
Qualifications:
- A highly motivated and independent individual with proven field sales experience; 1-2 years of experience in field sales or direct sales in F&B/ Hospitality industry would be a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills confident and persuasive when engaging with potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented comfortable working towards sales targets and achieving goals.
- Time Management ability to manage time well, plan daily routes, and stay on top of administrative tasks related to sales.
