Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member based in Indramayu. The Sales Staff will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting MyRepublic products and services effectively. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Customer service orientation to address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service
• Basic understanding of internet services and subscription TV products is a plus
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in using sales or CRM tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
