The Farmhill, established in 2018 under PT Kebun Bumi Lestari, specializes in the cultivation and distribution of premium melons and vegetables using advanced hydroponic technology. With over 30 greenhouses in Central Java and 50+ distributors across various regions in Indonesia, The Farmhill is committed to expanding its reach nationwide. Known for successfully growing more than seven distinct types of high-quality melons, The Farmhill emphasizes sustainable research and development to deliver unique and superior produce to its consumers.

The Field Marketing Paid Internship is a full-time, on-site role located in Karanganyar. The intern will assist with market planning, execute field marketing campaigns, engage in lead generation activities, and support the sales team in fostering relationships with customers and distributors. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in agricultural marketing and the promotion of sustainable farming practices.

• Experience or interest in Market Planning and Field Marketing
• Skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Enthusiasm for sustainable agriculture and hydroponic technology is a plus
• Ongoing studies or a degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred
