Scope of Work
- Field service team equipped with certain tools required for supporting daily operational work.
- Field services team is always available 7x24 hours, 365 days a year.
- First response for all inquiry must be within SLA Team's availability must be confirmed within SLA Field services team must be onsite within SLA
- Field incident must be resolved within SLA Field transportation will be MSP's responsibility.
- FE must be professional looking, tidy and dressed according to company's policy.
- Conduct escalation related with site access issue to Indosat's authorized department.
- Instead of regular troubleshooting, field service team must be capable of troubleshooting microwaves, fibre optic, modem, power, CPE (router, switch, access point, firewall, server, storage, SD Wan)
- All accommodation emerged due to troubleshooting activity will be MSP responsibility.
- Field service team responsible for project management must be distinguished from Incident management team.
- Field services team responsible for project deployment will be liaise with project management team
Technical Requirement & Specifications
- D3 Telco/IT graduates will be much preferred.
- Cover multivendor brand of IP & MPLS, PDH, DWDM, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, NEC, Ericsson, SIAE, ZTE, VM Ware, Fortinet, Mikrotik.
- To be placed in a position as a team leader/supervisor, the person concerned must have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of project management, telecommunications networks, and information system/IT.
- Certified to Work at Height
