Field Engineer

Position : Field Engineer (Project C & D — Telekomunikasi / Network)

Company : PT Citra Komunikasi Utama (CKU)

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia (Mobile / Site-Based)

Direct Supervisor : Project Director

Functional Coordination : Project & Business Officer

Status : Contract (Project-Based, Extendable)

We are looking for Ensure field execution of telecommunication/network projects runs according to technical standards, timeline, and client specifications — with strict adherence to Client Interface Protocol and HSE compliance.

What You Will Do

· Execute and supervise daily field activities: site survey, installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance test

· Coordinate closely with Delivery Partner field teams to ensure technical execution meets required standards

· Validate and verify technical outputs on-site (installation quality, configuration, and testing results)

· Review and ensure completeness of technical reports (as-built documentation, site acceptance form, KPI report)

· Monitor network KPI and SLA performance; identify and report deviations to Project Director

· Support site acceptance process and handover to client alongside Project Director

· Manage and track technical materials, tools, and equipment under CKU responsibility

· Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, including work-at-height safety for tower projects

· Troubleshoot field issues and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

· Site acceptance first-time pass rate ≥ 85%

· As-built documentation submitted ≤ 5 working days after commissioning

· KPI/SLA report accuracy ≥ 95% (validated against Partner data)

· Zero HSE lost-time incidents under CKU coordination

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in telecommunication/network projects (BTS, IBS/DAS, fiber optic, microwave)

· Strong understanding of telecom/network parameters (drive test, VSWR, RSRP, SLA uptime, etc.)

· Able to read and interpret technical drawings (single-line diagram, site layout, network topology)

· Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

· High awareness of HSE standards; certification (K3 Umum / Work-at-Height) is mandatory for tower projects

· Willing to travel and work on-site as required by project needs

· Strong problem-solving and execution mindset under field conditions

Nice To Have

Telecommunication competency certification (BNSP or equivalent)

· Experience working with MNO, TowerCo, or EPC contractors

· Familiar with tools and measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, OTDR, drive test tools, etc.)
