Job Description:
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers before and after they purchase products, ensuring successful integration and utilization of those products in the customer's environment.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, answer product questions, and help resolve issues through troubleshooting and debug support.
- Serve as a technical consultant and the primary point of contact for customers engineering questions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to help customers understand and effectively use the company's products.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and product management teams, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance future product development.
- Assist with pre-sales activities, such as product recommendations and technical presentations, as well as post-sales activities like training and ongoing technical support.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Computer Component engineering fields (Motherboard, Graphics Card, Monitor, Wireless Router, Server, MiniPC/NUC, AIoT).
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Teamwork and the ability to coordinate between various departments (engineering, sales, product management).
- Customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel to customer sites to provide on-site technical assistance, training, and support.
