Legacy Foods is a food service company established in 1986 in Surabaya, Indonesia. Under our portfolio are several heritage brands that we developed, namely Fajar Restaurant, Top Noodle House, Top Yummie, Han Palace Cantonese Cuisine, Yamagoya Ramen, and Legacy Ballroom.

We continue to improve our business, adopting current trends and market demands, innovating our products for better quality and efficiency, yet preserving the home-made feel that our customers have grown to love.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience handling VIP clientele, private events, or banquet-style service is a strong advantage
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality
Min 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Chinese restaurants or upscale dining
Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, Indonesia
Well-established network within the F&B industry, particularly in restaurant channels
