FAT Senior Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree is a plus)
• 57 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Strong knowledge of Financial reporting and analysis, Budgeting and forecasting, Tax compliance and tax planning
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & VAT)
• Professional certification such asCPA, CA, or Tax Brevetis an advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections to support business decisions
• Manage cash flow, fixed assets, profitability analysis, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) including financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability)
• Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections
• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes
• Perform tax planning to optimize tax payments in compliance with regulations
• Ensure monthly and annual tax compliance (PPh & VAT) and support audit processes
• Manage tax documentation (WHT & VAT), including issuing and reconciling tax invoices through the e-Faktur system
