FAT Manager

The FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing the company's financial, accounting, and taxation activities. This role includes managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and strategizing financial planning. The FAT Manager will collaborate with various departments to maintain financial efficiency and implement best practices for the company's growth.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Management and Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
• Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation Processes.
• Expertise in Tax Compliance, Reporting, and Documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
