This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing creative and innovative clothing collections, selecting fabrics and textiles, and incorporating embroidery and decorative techniques into designs. The role includes overseeing fitting sessions, collaborating with tailors and production teams, and following fashion trends to design contemporary and appealing garments.

• Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion trends understanding
• Proficiency in working with Textiles and Embroidery techniques
• Experience in garment fitting and knowledge of garment construction
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
• Familiarity with design software and technical drawing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
