Job Responsibilities:

1. Failure analysis of defect battery

a) FA team formation (sort out and count the fault information and establish a failure analysis team);

b) Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other methods to analyze failure causes, including cell & module disassembly);

c) Improve the overall planning of meetings (convene team members, discuss and formulate analysis, and improve the verification plan);

d) Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and confirm the improvement verification effect);

e) FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D report (form lesson learning and form a closed loop);

f) Coordination of resources related to the analysis process;

g) Report to customers as required.

2. Operation and management of FA Lab

a) Equipment Management: Equipment procurement, acceptance, installation, commissioning, and daily maintenance

b) Budget Management

c) Safety Management: Safety upgrading of laboratory facilities and safety management in operation

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, electronics, electricity, microelectronics, chemistry, machinery and other related majors; Engaged in related engineering skills, understand the basic working principle of lithium battery, understand Electrical Safety Analyzer, Battery HiTester, Leak detector and other equipment;

2. More than 3 years quality work experience, clear working ideas, can handle the disassembly and analysis of failed parts as a whole, and can lead and coordinate resources to promote related businesses;

3. Familiar with the habits of overseas workplaces and the ideas of problem solving; Outstanding listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English must (preferred qualification: Chinese);

4. Electrician certificate or forklift license is advantageous.

5. Strong ability to resist pressure, cheerful personality, sense of teamwork, and strong communication, expression and coordination skills;

6. Familiar with engineering methods, mathematical statistics and analysis methods, ISO9000/TS16949/VDA quality system and quality improvement tools (8D, 6Sigma).
