Factory Manager

1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

2. Monitor daily production activities to ensure that processes are followed correctly, production schedules are met, and any deviations are addressed promptly.

3. Responsible for on-site technical work related to trial production import: including quality control, process support, especially support for testing processes of wireless communication modules and PCBA products, and responsible for factory import audit and docking work;

4. Collaborate with cross - functional teams such as R&D, Order and Planning, Procurement, and maintenance to ensure that production processes are supported by appropriate resources, equipment, and materials.

5. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes and ensure that all employees are trained on and adhere to these procedures.

6. Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in - process products, to ensure compliance with quality standards.

7. Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

8. Monitor and analyze quality data, such as defect rates and inspection results, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Obtained a bachelor&aposs degree, with a background in electronics, communications, and other engineering fieldsEnglish can be used as working languages;

2. More than 5 years of work experience in electronic communication products, understanding of basic supply chain processes, familiar with SMT and consumer electronics processes and production techniques

3. Understand wireless communication product testing related technologies and be familiar with production quality management;

4. Adapt to business trips.
