About the Role
You will work as a Facility Supervisor where you will be responsible for managing building operational processes in the area under his responsibility so that they run in accordance with applicable company procedures and are well managed in order to support maximum achievement of the company&aposs business targets.
Responsibility :
- Manage general maintenance of facilities such as cleaning, waste, catering and parking and ensure all management costs are in accordance with the prepared budget,
- Control the arrangement of the parking area, security and cleanliness of the building area for which he is responsible in accordance with applicable company procedures.
- Ensure that all complaints related to building facilities can be resolved according to the predetermined lead time.
- Analyze all costs arising from facility operations and take improvement actions to improve them.
- Manage and control building assets to minimize damage and losses that cause losses to the company.
- Carry out work in accordance with K3LL requirements and safe work methods that apply to each job, including the use of appropriate safety equipment.
- Responsible for reporting accidents or incidents or dangerous/unsafe conditions to his superiors.
Requirement :
- S1, all major.
- 2 years experience as Facility Supervisor / Building Operation Supervisor / Tenant Relation Supervisor.
- Knowledge & Skill : Time Management, Leadership Skill, Communication Skill, Reporting Skill, Tenant Relations, Utility Maintenance, Event Management, Interpersonal Skill.
- Placement : Sidoarjo, East Java.
