Lead the design and technical drawing preparation for new electrical facilities, instruments, and system improvements.
Ensure all installations and operations strictly conform to project specifications, electrical codes (PUIL), and HSE/K3 regulations.
Perform detailed calculations, develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and create accurate material/labor cost estimates for budgeting.
Execute routine and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment, AC units, and APAR (Fire Extinguishers).
Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of CCTV systems, and oversee general facility services (Security, Office Cleanliness, parking, and waste disposal).
Direct technical installation/testing activities, prepare specifications for purchases, and compile comprehensive project reports and studies.
Job Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
2-3 years of practical experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within commercial/industrial settings.
Expert proficiency in local electrical installation regulations (PUIL) and Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3) standards.
Proven ability to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and perform accurate project cost estimation.
Skilled in using CAD or relevant engineering software, and highly proficient in MS Office suite (Tech Savvy)
Possesses a working knowledge of managing general facility services (AC, APAR, CCTV, Security, Cleanliness).
Must hold a valid Class A driving license (SIM A) and be proficient in driving for necessary work travel/site visits.
