Job Description
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other business
partners.
Actively promote all F&B outlets, products, and culinary programs to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and sales presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients in line with company standards.
Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to customize packages based on client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business
opportunities.
Assist in developing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all events and group bookings are handed over smoothly to the operations team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field
Minimum 23 years experience in F&B, hospitality, events, hotel sales or MICE Management.
Strong network within events and tourism markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of F&B operations and menu knowledge.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required
