Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EY/PYP Teacher for a full-time, on-site position in Batam. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in alignment with curriculum goals, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment for students. The role involves collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child, providing a nurturing space for academic, social, and emotional growth. In addition, the teacher will participate in regular training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices at the institution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning to effectively execute structured and dynamic teaching methods
• Strong background in Education with a focus on early years or primary years pedagogy
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Teaching and Training, ensuring innovative and impactful educational delivery
• Possession of a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., bachelor's degree in Education or related field)
• Understanding of the IB PYP curriculum or similar frameworks is a plus
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
