Join our Strategy & Execution team and provide clients a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across the company lifecycle. We cover a wide range of strategical and operational aspects including company strategy development, value creation, and transaction strategy support.
- What you will do:
- Develop company strategy identifying areas of growth starting from aligning vision & mission, business model and developing operating model
- Conduct market study, identifying trends, and levers impacting an industry including developing view of the size of the market and where the company can play
- Design and deliver enterprise transformation and innovation to create and sustain value for stakeholders through reimagining and mobilizing new business and operating models including new business launch to rapidly grow the top line and improve the bottom line
- Transaction Commercial Due Diligence incl. synergy/ value realization identification, validation and tracking, buy side and sell side operational due diligence
- Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support, executive communication
- Carve-out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, support includes operating model design, transaction services agreement development,
- Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs.
- Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.
- Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
- Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work.
- Successfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff, fostering an open and inclusive work environment
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics/Business. An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset
- At least 7+ years (Manager) and 10+ years (Senior Manager) in consulting firm and/or corporate under Strategy, Supply Chain or Operations Transformation function
- Good understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements is a plus
- Experience in due diligence (commercial, operational or financial) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
- A Team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industriousness and willingness to learn new capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and client relationships skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Relevant degrees and certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP) are a plus.
