What You Will Experience:
- Engage directly with domestic and international suppliers and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Manage and execute sourcing activities for waste paper to support production requirements.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and supply terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Analyze waste paper market trends, availability, and pricing movements.
What is Required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing & negotiations preferably in manufacture company
- Experience in sourcing of waste paper and has knowledge in waste paper
- Strong analytical skills for analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have willingness to learn, fast learner and proactive
