We are seeking a Expert – Financial Planning & Controlling to manage Capex planning, strengthen project financial control, and support strategic investment decisions across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Controlling, with strong exposure to Capex budgeting, project financial control, and forecasting.
- Proven experience in managing Capex planning cycles, including budget allocation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Business Case (BC) evaluation, Capex governance, and project financial lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with project or technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to financial accuracy and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience in telecommunication, technology, or infrastructure-related industries is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to present financial insights to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, allocation, and monitoring of Capex budgets across projects and business units.
- Ensure Capex allocation aligns with approved Business Cases (BC) and financial governance requirements.
- Monitor Capex utilization and budget absorption, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain rolling Capex forecasts to support project and investment planning.
- Review and validate project budgets, cost components, and plans.
- Support financial evaluation of project investments and funding requirements.
- Prepare and review Capex realization and forecast reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and budget compliance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support effective Capex utilization and investment decisions.
