What You Will Experience:
- Analyse demand data and trends to develop accurate and reliable forecasts

What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering.
- Min. 4 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in Sales, Marketing, R&D, or Production.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates high initiative, strong energy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Possesses strong soft skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Able to communicate effectively and take full accountability for tasks and outcomes.
- Proven ability in project management, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
