What You Will Experience:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of internal and external data to deliver strategic recommendations for both local and export markets, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and MySQL to ensure efficient data processing and accuracy.
- Consolidate datasets and market trends to build models and drive optimization initiatives.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that support decision‑making across functions.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and business performance.
- Evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide informed strategic recommendations.
- Deliver timely routine reports and provide analytical support for ad‑hoc requests.
What is Required:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Min. 3–5 years of experience, preferably within B2B industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Python, and MySQL.
- Strong data science capabilities with hands‑on experience in Python and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of business processes (Order‑to‑Cash) and commercial functions.
- Ability to interpret data within a business context; detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings in clear, simple language.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to maintain positive cross‑functional relationships.
- High integrity with the ability to maintain data and document confidentiality at all times.
- Willing to work on site in Central Jakarta.
