Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage our Experience Center and strengthen long-term customer relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent showroom operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and developing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience Center & Business Operations

  • Manage overall showroom operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Ability to close sales, drive leads to purchase and strengthen brand.
  • Monitor and analyze showroom performance to increase visitor traffic and conversion.
  • Organize product activations and community events to attract and engage visitors.

2. Relationship Management & CRM Strategy

  • Manage customer data through the CRM system to support retention and loyalty initiatives.
  • Develop post-sales programs to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.
  • Handle customer needs and complaints as the main escalation point while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Management, Business Development, or showroom/flagship store management at building material company or interior design will be value-added.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
