JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage costs by monitoring expenses, conducting cost planning, and initiating cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic/routine cost estimates for analysis purposes.
  • Conduct cost usage analysis at the directorate/business unit level to identify significant cost elements and provide input on cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Carry out cost reporting and cost usage analysis in a well-coordinated manner, on time, and with accurate data to support appropriate decision-making.
  • Prepare cost budgets for all directorates and monitor budget utilization, as well as propose cost-efficiency initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Possess broad knowledge in the banking sector, especially finance.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking science and practices as well as financial institutions.
  • Ability to understand and handle various business situations effectively.
