Acquire new hubs by performing all related activities, including property lead sourcing, site survey, and liaising with Landlord for all relevant matters
Collecting, verifying, and ensuring all legal requirements for the leasing process.
Conducting analysis and negotiations related to rental pricing.
Collaborate with the Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that all agreements, payments, and implementation processes for new Hubs comply with company policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Site Surveyor & Acquisition, Property Sourcing, Landlord Management, Negotiation, Contract & Legal Support
Requirements
Site acquisition experience with property agent network in the specific area level assigned is highly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a relevant field (e-commerce or logistics footprint expansion team, or local commercial real estate & property agent)
Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly results-oriented with a track record of meeting individual targets
Willing to be highly mobile and travel across Indonesia for frequent work trips
