Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Help monitor asset conditions and update asset records.
  • Support communication with vendors and technicians for ongoing maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing operational readiness for new or trial locations.
  • Expansion & Site Development
  • Support site research and simple market analysis for potential new locations.
  • Assist in preparing lease documents and administrative processes.
  • Help coordinate permit applications and documentation.
  • Support monitoring of site fit-out progress.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Assist in preparing maintenance and expansion reports.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related data.

Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in site development, expansion, property, project coordination, or facility management.
  • Internship or organizational experience in related fields is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of leasing, permits, and local government processes is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (AutoCAD is a plus).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to conduct field visits if needed.
