Executive Trainee

OTCA is an education service provider focused on language learning and study/work abroad programs. Currently, OTCA offers online classes in German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese to support individuals in achieving their educational and professional aspirations. The Executive Trainee will work on a contractual basis and will undergo hands-on training to support various operational, administrative, and project-related tasks. Responsibilities include assisting in project management, supporting team leadership in daily operations, conducting market research, preparing presentations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth execution of programs. This is an on-site role located in Malang, requiring a proactive and dynamic individual eager to grow within the organization.

• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively within a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct detailed research
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and digital tools relevant to project coordination
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within a development-focused environment
• Experience in education services or language-related fields is a plus
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is an advantage
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Malang
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
