We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to support our management team at RSM Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executives calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for management
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing and record-keeping systems
- Assist with office administration and coordination of office supplies
- Support communication flow within the team and with external clients
- Facilitate meeting preparation including booking venues and preparing materials
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
