Coordinate and manage the Board of Directors (BOD) calendars, appointments, and schedules, ensuring all meetings are well-organized and efficiently executed.
Prepare and review meeting materials, documentation, and minutes with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for the BOD, including booking, itinerary planning, and logistics coordination.
Manage all correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls) with a high level of professionalism in both English and Indonesian.
Facilitate effective communication between the BOD and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Management, Communications, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Corporate Secretary; experience supporting BOD-level executives is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with general administrative functions.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality.
