Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned tasks across multiple business operations with minimal oversight.
  • Assist with personal assignments as required.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
  • Manage social media accounts for both personal and business use, optimizing content for engagement.
  • Handle AirBnB account management, including reservations and guest communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Conduct basic accounting tasks and review financial reports for accuracy.
  • Procure goods and services as needed.
  • Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports.
  • Plan and organize team building/outbound events with budget and recommendations.
  • List and sell items according to specifications.
  • Write proposals and manage projects, ensuring completion according to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to manage AirBnB accounts and reservations.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Bachelor&aposs degree preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
