Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar for an Executive Management Assistant. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, preparing expense reports, managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The role requires a high degree of organization, professionalism, and discretion while working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance, including handling confidential business matters and supporting high-level executives.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and associated documentation.
- Strong Executive Support and Administrative Assistance skills with the ability to handle scheduling, planning, and office management tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and scheduling software.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field will be an added advantage.
