We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented physician to lead our Executive Health Check-Up Unit. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality medical check-up services while driving initiatives to enhance patient experience, service excellence, and the growth of the Executive Health Check-Up program.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to strengthen and expand Executive Health Check-Up services for individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of the Executive Health Check-Up Unit, ensuring high standards of service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient coordination and delivery of end-to-end medical check-up services across clinical and supporting departments.
- Drive initiatives to expand the Executive Health Check-Up program and increase service utilization.
- Lead and develop the Medical Check-Up team to achieve operational excellence and service quality.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) from a reputable university; specialization in Occupational Medicine is preferred.
- Possess a valid Hiperkes (Occupational Health) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Medical Check-Up unit.
- Strong business acumen and marketing mindset, particularly in developing health screening services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
