Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality standards in all offerings. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, managing food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also be instrumental in cultivating a creative and collaborative kitchen environment that aligns with RUPA's vision and culinary philosophy.
