Job Description

Position Summary

The Executive Secretary provides direct administrative and professional support to CNGR Indonesia's senior management, ensuring smooth executive operations through exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, travel, and communication for senior executives.
  • Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate and arrange business appointments and visits.
  • Support management in handling confidential information and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives.
  • Handle multitasking responsibilities and ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 310 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior leaders.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above preferred) and English communication.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, logical thinker with the ability to work under pressure.
