We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Executive Assistant Manager to the CEO to operate as the CEO's strategic and operational right hand.
This is not an administrative or support role. This position is designed for a high-caliber operator who can think strategically, lead decisively, and execute relentlessly. You will work side-by-side with the CEO to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-moving, founder-led organization.
The role spans the full Mazari Group ecosystem luxury villa development, design, construction, procurement, hospitality, operations, and marketing. You will help turn vision into action, ensure alignment across teams, and personally step in to solve problems when execution stalls.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building systems from scratch, and is not afraid to be both strategic and hands-on.

1. CEO Right Hand & Strategic Execution
- Act as an extension of the CEO in driving priorities, execution, and follow-through.
- Translate the CEO's vision into clear strategies, action plans, timelines, and ownership.
- Track decisions, commitments, and outcomes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactively identify issues, risks, and bottlenecks before they impact the business.
2. Hands-On Operations & Business Leadership
- Work directly with department heads across development, construction, hospitality, operations, procurement, and marketing.
- Step in hands-on to unblock issues, drive execution, and stabilize operations when needed.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution across all business units.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, reporting structures, and performance dashboards.
3. Building Structure, Systems & SOPs
- Partner with the CEO to design and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and workflows.
- Improve operational discipline, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Introduce structure without slowing down entrepreneurial speed.
- Support budgeting, planning, and KPI tracking across departments.
4. Leadership, Influence & Representation
- Act as a trusted leader and decision amplifier for the CEO.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and discussions when required.
- Drive alignment and execution across senior leaders and managers.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion, maturity, and strong judgment.
5. Project, Design & Execution Oversight
- Act as the trusted partner to the CEO/Director anticipating needs, solving problems before they surface, and maintaining oversight across departments.
- Support the review of designs, drawings, procurement lists, BOQs, and construction details.
- Ensure accuracy, brand standards, cost control, and quality are consistently upheld.
- Maintain clear records of key decisions, design iterations, approvals, and follow-up actions.
6. Cross-Department Tracking & Alignment
- Track progress across Construction, Design, Procurement, Hospitality/Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, flag risks early, and ensure initiatives move from discussion to execution.
- Prepare concise weekly updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for the CEO.
7. Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose practical, scalable improvements.
- Drive solutions with a strong critical-thinking and execution-first mindset.
- Support the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and cross-team collaboration.
8. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and contractors, consultants, partners, villa owners, and internal teams.
- Draft high-quality emails, memos, and documentation that reflect Mazari's professional tone and standards.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, investor discussions, and strategic updates when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field
- 510 years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, project management, or similar roles
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership is a strong advantage
- Exposure to real estate development, construction, hospitality, or luxury brands is a plus
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage)
