What will you do

  1. Review and perform financial evaluation on incentive business cases proposed by distribution channel (i.e. Partnership Distribution, Corporate Business, and other new channels).
  2. Perform post implementation review on approved incentive business cases.
  3. Tracking of incentive spent vs agreed number.
  4. Supporting Channel Profitability Manager to work with distribution channel to evaluate effectiveness of compensation to sellers and recommend changes to management together with distribution channels.
  5. Perform financial evaluation of distribution related projects, e.g. partnership deals or strategic projects.
  6. Supporting review of Group Business proposals which would be used for approval recommendation to Chief Actuary, including appropriateness of assumption setting and profitability level.

What will you need

  1. Having 1-3 years of relevant life insurance experience
  2. Have experience in managing team and non-actuarial stakeholders management
  3. Good actuarial exam progress (min. Associate of recognized actuarial association); Qualified Actuaries (FSAI, FSA, FIA, or equivalent) are preferred
  4. Good analytical and technical skills, i.e. Ms. Office, VBA, actuarial software (Prophet or Axis) and SQL.
