Position Responsibilities
- Maintain monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet schedule
- Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AR & GL functions.
- Ensure timely collection from customers
- Identify revenue to be recognized and post necessary journal/reclassification.
- Perform retail and online sales reconciliation
- Monthly sales report preparation and declaration to stakeholders
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders pertaining to audit & tax matters.
- Support queries from DM on Outlet P&L.
- Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise.
- Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given
- Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards.
Qualification and Experience
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional
- certificates, such as ACCA/LCCI.C
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in AR/GL (any related fields) are required.
- Experience in the Retail or F&B field is preferred.
- Required general knowledge of accounting/ financial/operational principle.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using computers, with experience in business solution & accounting software
