This role will be responsible for executing SOZO Skin events and partnership activations, managing end-to-end logistics, supporting partnership leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all SOZO Skin events, community activations, and on-site partnership activities.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, production, and on-ground supervision.
- Support partnership execution through sourcing new potential leads and set meetings and coordination.
- Handle documentation, recap reports, and evaluation for each event/activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Clinic Ops, Marketing, Creative) to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 13 years experience in event, activation, or partnership roles.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation ability.
- Able to work on-site, flexible hours, and fast-paced environments.
- Able to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel), SketchUp, and related productivity or design tools.
