Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Intern to support our Event team in planning and executing international education programs. This internship offers hands-on experience in event operations, stakeholder coordination, and project management while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning and executing assigned events and projects.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, volunteers, speakers, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Help monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Prepare event documents, reports, and administrative materials.
- Support event logistics before, during, and after each program.
- Assist with research, data collection, and other project-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Perform other project and operational tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Final-year student (with no offline classes left) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in event organizing, student organizations, or project coordination is a plus.
- Passionate about project management, education, and international events.
