Responsibilities
About the role:
As an Marketing Event & Production Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of both online and offline events. Grounded in
honesty, user-centered collaboration, and
fast-paced adaptability, this role provides hands-on experience in event management, project coordination, vendor communication, and marketing execution. You will be involved in various corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, webinars, and internal activities while learning how marketing events contribute to business growth and brand awareness.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and corporate activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue preparation, registration, equipment, and event materials.
- Build honest & transparent relationships with vendors, external partners, and internal teams to ensure clear coordination and smooth event delivery.
- Support the preparation of event timelines, checklists, and operational documents.
- Assist in managing event registration and attendee databases.
- Monitor event activities and provide on-site operational support during event days.
- Help coordinate promotional materials, merchandise, and event collateral.
- Work with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to ensure event communication materials are delivered on schedule.
- Assist in post-event reporting, documentation, and evaluation.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to Event Marketing.

Requirements
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills grounded in empathy, with a proven ability to listen and understand diverse perspectives.
- Willing to work on-site and support events outside regular working hours when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiar with AI Tools.
- High level of integrity, transparency and accountability, demonstrated by a reliable work ethic.
