Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events within the assigned area, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for local venues, vendors, sponsors, and partner.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, logistics, and breakdown
  • Coordinate and supervise event staff, volunteers, or local coordinators
  • Ensure events comply with organizational standards, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage event logistics such as equipment, catering, transportation, and accommodation
  • Analyze events performance data and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Working closely with the Merchandising team regarding stock and promotional activities.
  • Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team regarding store display to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure smooth operations and promotional programs are implemented well.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage events, monitor teams during events, quick troubleshooting if there's any problems.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance analysis tools.
  • Proven experience in doing data analysis for generating insights and boost event's performance.
  • Has good leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Willing to frequently travel for work.
