Job Description

This role will be responsible for executing SOZO Skin events and partnership activations, managing end-to-end logistics, supporting partnership leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all SOZO Skin events, community activations, and on-site partnership activities.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, production, and on-ground supervision.
  • Support partnership execution through sourcing new potential leads and set meetings and coordination.
  • Handle documentation, recap reports, and evaluation for each event/activation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Clinic Ops, Marketing, Creative) to ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 13 years experience in event, activation, or partnership roles.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation ability.
  • Able to work on-site, flexible hours, and fast-paced environments.
  • Able to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel), SketchUp, and related productivity or design tools.
