About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines while ensuring high data quality and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Integrate data across multiple systems
- Ensure data quality through validation, error handling, and continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain database solutions, including:
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Designing staging tables, indexes, and partitions
- Monitoring and tuning query performance
Requirements
Must Have:
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with SSRS and SSIS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
- 3–4 years as an ETL Developer
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server tools
- Experience in database performance, development, and maintenance
- Understanding of database security, backup & recovery, and monitoring
Additional Skills:
- Familiar with Windows Server infrastructure
- Experience with cloud services (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to handle incident management
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
